Most of us already have busy lives, even without housework. So, we would like our new maid to help us as soon as possible.
However, many of the maid employers are disappointed with the other agencies' maids. Many of these employers discovered on the very first day that their maids are incompetent. For starters, they don't even know how to use the microwave oven. Some of them did not even know how to use the electrical steam iron! As a result, employers often complain about decimated clothes and/or obliterated house appliances. Some even went as far as saying their maid's cooking is not edible! Who on earth, in Singapore, can find so much spare time and sacrifice so much, just to teach a maid to use the rice cooker?
We, the CnC Maid Agencies, understand your needs. Our maids' training center has recruited qualified nurses, experienced ex-Singaporean maids (with minimum 10 years of work), Chinese cooks, psychologists and personality trainers.

We, the CnC Maid Agencies, understand your needs. Our maids' training center has recruited qualified nurses, experienced ex-Singaporean maids (with minimum 10 years of work), Chinese cooks, psychologists and personality trainers.
Training centers are monitored very closely by the Philippine authorities. The center will carefully groom the maids on foreign cultures, the arts of the kitchen, housework such as ironing, washing, safety measures, baby care, elderly care and so on and so forth. For more details, click here.
Our Filipino maids will under go 216 hours of intensive training AND:
- Pass all tests set by the maid training center,
- Pass the officially recognized NC2 test,
- Receive a “certificate of competency” from the government.
To ensure our maid employers get the very best, the training will ONLY start AFTER the employer signs the agreement. This will ensure that the maids will not forget what they have learned from the training center.

The cost of the training, which includes food and accommodations for the maid for 14 days, is very costly. However, we will not puncture any holes in the employer's wallet for the training as the employer would not be paying. Reason? You deserve the BEST!

- Singaporeans employers are happy with our trained maids. The rate of rejection of a trained maid is relatively slim.
